As councils look to improve to improve and streamline their working practices and learn more from the data they hold, there is a huge opportunity in IT. From cloud computing to customer relations management, from hot-desking to voice over IP, IT can enable councils to achieve more for less. Yet in challenging times, IT budgets are often under threat.
